6 Ways to Enjoy A Fall Hot Tub Soak

corvidaecollective Health and Wellness

Fall and hot tubs go hand-in-hand. Read on for ideas to make the most of your hot tub this season.

1.Enjoy the scenery

Whether it be enjoying a quiet morning surrounded by the bright, changing leaves or spending an afternoon birdwatching for the seasonal birds, your surroundings in the fall will make for a completely different hot tub experience. Take advantage of this gorgeous season by spending some “you” time surrounded by Mother Nature’s finest.

2. Read a book

However you prefer to read your book, whether it be a hard copy or an audiobook, fall is the perfect time to dive into that book you’ve been dying to read. This is also the perfect time of year to delve into murder mysteries.

3. Eat a fall snack

Kick your snacking game up a notch or two by putting a fall or Halloween twist on some of your favorites. Make an orange-themed plate as an ode to pumpkins everywhere; clementines and carrots are healthy and satisfying. Red and green grapes on a skewer mimic eyeballs on a stick. Whatever you do, be creative and think outside the box. Getting kids involved is a great way to get them excited about Halloween, too.

4. Look at the stars

Those brisk fall nights are the perfect time to grab your significant other, kids, or just yourself to look at the stars. Soaking in your warm, comforting hot tub is the best way to end a long day. If you get out there early enough, you might even be able to catch a stunning sunset as well.

5. Watch a Halloween movie

Using a waterproof screen, fire up your favorite fall movie whether it be scary, funny or anything in-between. Our personal favorites are Hocus Pocus, Ghostbusters and Beetlejuice.

6. Fall date night

Crack open your favorite bottle of wine, take a tray of appetizers and head to the hot tub with your significant other. Don’t forget the caramel apples for dessert!

The best thing about hot tubs? You can enjoy them year round. Don’t let the fall season go by without taking advantage of the warmth and comfort your hot tub has to offer.
