I first want to say I love my Hot Spring hot tub. Joan and Jake really came to the bat for me when my almost out of warranty tub had issues. We sent it back to factory and it came back with the same issue. After which Hot Springs stood behind their tub and shipped me a brand new tub. I know this is not done lightly. It has taken patience and kindness. I know of no other dealership or manufacturer that would come through like this. If you want the best call Jake. Thank you. Oh I love my Hot Springs hot tub. I recently purchase a Hot Springs spa from Crystal River and everything was easy and the hot tub is amazing! Brad did a great job explaining all the different hot tubs that they offer and made it easy for me to pick the right one for my family. Jake then made the delivery and installation process a breeze. I shopped around before purchasing the hot tub and am glad I went with Crystal River. I highly recommend them.

As a worker there i wasnt paid what they told me i was going to get paid for. There demand for services is quite insane and run there workers ragged. I would not even recommend this job to a homeless guy that NEEDED WORK. Say one thing do another company.

Don’t have much good to say other than they were friendly when you talk to. We felt like they hid a few of the charges and were misleading about some “costs” until they sent the final bill. For example we talked about a salt system the entire time which I assumed was part of the cost when we made the purchase (lots of line items on the quote could have covered it and one even mentioned “freshwater system”, but ended up getting added on at the end. Additionally was told crane would be $700, they measured distance, we knew a boom truck wouldn’t work, and it was indicated in the store that itl be that amount but when the bill came it was $1655. Last thing is once the spa was delivered and set up they didn’t follow back up or even give us the chemicals or start up kit until nearly two weeks later and was left feeling a bit in the dark. They promised to send videos, give a cheat sheet, etc but never happened. When they eventually dropped off chemicals they didn’t tell us when or coordinate to go over things, was just left at the door. Overall pretty disappointed after hearing good things about them.

Outstanding service during the delivery and set up process. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. They were efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsive when minor issues arose. Our hot tub is well-made, arrived in excellent condition, and functioning perfectly. The service team maintaining the tub is polite, personable, professional, informative, and doing an outstanding job maintaining our water quality. Kudos to Crystal River Spas.

If you're looking to do something special, fun and unique, I highly recommend renting a hot tub from Crystal River Spas. We were in the valley over the winter holidays, and rented a hot tub to surprise our daughter's (10 and 4). Crystal River handled the drop off, all of the setup and were great to work with. We all had fun and great memories we'll never forget.

Crystal River Spas is simply the best!! We have purchased three Hot Springs hot tubs from them over 22 years and several moves. Joan and Jake are amazing and like family to us. They have never failed to take care of any questions, concerns, or issues we have.We recently moved from the Roaring Fork valley and decided to purchase our fourth Hot Springs tub. We came back to Carbondale several times and they spent hours of their time helping us select our new model and size, fully aware they were unable to sell us a tub because of the distance we moved.Their product knowledge is amazing and they are always happy to answer your questions or share tips and techniques for your hot tub experience.We always stop by to catch up and visit whenever we are back in the area.

Working with Crystal River Spas was great! They worked with me to pick the right hot tub and get it in place during the crunch of the holiday season. The owners, Jake and Darlene, even came out on a Saturday and helped install to assure everything went according to plan. They continue to answer questions and take care of me after the job was done, highly recommend.

Purchased an amazing hot springs tub from Crystal River, and have a great experience start to finish. Jake is great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Bryce and his guys did a great job on the install and educating myself and my family. Even the crane operator was was courteous and professional and highly skilled. I had a great purchase experience at Crystal River which has unfortunately been replaced by a negative experience with their service department. Since I live in Rifle, they will not schedule a time for their service tech to come to my house, but instead said he will come over "on his way home...if he has time after his other service calls." So basically I just have to hope that the tech finishes his up-valley work early. It's been over a month since my first call to Crystal River and no one has come out yet. On the phone, they were rude and demeaning, perhaps because I live down-valley, or maybe they treat everyone this way. In my search for other hot tub experts, I contacted the Hot Tub Guy out of Eagle and he has been kind, professional, and prompt.

They are honest about the spas they sell and are direct about what will work for you and your property rather then just trying to sell you something for their profit. their service people actually come and do the job they promise, following up with commitments they have made. My previous experience on service has been untrained, unreliable service staff leaving poorly cleaned pools or spas and no accountability by the service department or owners. Jake was fantastic in terms of coming up to our house and helping to select the ideal location, through to seeing our hot tub was filled up and ready to soak in. We love the hot tub and service at Crystal River Spas. They were great about getting it delivered, up and running and coordinating with the electrician, and also came out to give us a tutorial and cheat sheet on how to service the hot tub/keep it clean. Great service and the hot tub really is incredible!
