Long gone are the days of having to figure out how to maintain your hot tub by yourself. Because of our service, you are now free to enjoy your hot tub every day of the week without any hassles! Instead of worrying about the upkeep of your day spa, you can have the peace of mind that your hot tub is in good hands.

Our maintenance service makes maintaining your hot tub effortless. Due to frequency and location, each area of the Roaring Fork Valley is serviced on a pre-scheduled day of the week. You may JOIN our maintenance service full time, seasonally or even just while you are on vacation.

When you keep your hot tub on a maintenance schedule, it prevents abrupt repairs from occurring at such a rapid rate. Consistency is key to keeping your hot tub sparkly clean. From sanitation to alkaline test, our experts provide top quality service to ensure your hot tub is performing at its very best.

During each visit, we test and balance the water chemistry. All products are provided by our team. We also vacuum debris from the bottom of the spa, check and clean filters and so much more! If there happens to be service issue that needs to be repaired, we contact you immediately to ensure that the problem is resolved.

All in all, at Crystal River Spas, your hot tub is truly in good hands.

What we do during each visit:

• Test and balance the water chemistry. This includes all product used to balance the water.*
• Fill water to proper level
• Check water temperature
• Check the filters and clean them as needed.
• Vacuum debris from the bottom of spa.
• Periodic cover cleaning and UV protection
• Equipment check. Discounted service rates for route customers.
• Maintain detailed records of service history
• Contact you when the spa needs to be drained and cleaned or in case of other service issues
• Leave door hanger upon request.
  *During our service, we bring and use our own chemicals and never charge you extra for standard products used in the service. When we use non-standard products such as Silk Balance or Peroxide, those products will be charged per use.

Maintenance Service Does Not Include: Removing snow from the cover or shoveling our way to the hot tub. Additionally, a fee will be added for snow removal service over 3″. Drain & clean and mechanical repairs are not included.

Hot Tub: $75

Swim Spa: $115

Repair Service:

$150/ hour plus parts – 1 hour minimum

Additional Services Available:

Drain, Clean and refill Spa: $300-$350

Drain and Winterize Spa: $550

Cover Replacement: $500-$700 depending on size of cover

Spa Move and/or Removals: Estimate $750 within the Roaring Fork Valley, but additional fees may incur.

Water hauling service: $300 minimum
